Brushes & drills wear out and need replacing and we spend about an hour removing calcium deposits and cleaning the glass afterwards. It’s a very labor intensive task and requires a number of different cleaning agents to complete. So if you’re experiencing hard water stains and would like them removed, mention you want to add “Hard water stain removal” when you order a cleaning.
